These terms apply to all Retail sales made by Monster Magic via the website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Monster Magic. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
Making a Purchase
We accept secure online payments via PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card.
Postage/shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and are subject to VAT. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £50, with the exception of heavy low profit items such as bricks of playing cards. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
You will receive an order acknowledgement telling you when your goods are pocesseed and when they have beeen shipped - If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know by email (and in any case within 14 calendar days) to info@MonsterMagic.co.uk. Items that are in stock are usually despatched and arrive at their destination within 1-3 working days.
If for any reason we have been unable to deliver your goods within 30 days or to agree a mutually satisfactory forward delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order.
All items are subject to availability. If the price of the goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, then you have the right to cancel your order.
All products sold by Monster Magic outside the UK are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you.
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.
