It’s 9:00 on a Saturday morning—time for the Monster Magic Saturday Show!
This week, I’ve got some exciting new tricks to share.
Lumino by Thomas Bader – £42.99
A Blackpool sellout. A card is selected, shuffled back, and you “memorise” the deck in seconds. You then separate reds from blacks, but one card is misplaced—the selection. Clever, baffling, and almost self-working. The deck does the heavy lifting, with only minimal audience management. An 11-minute tutorial plus bonus ideas in the Facebook group make this a must-have one-deck wonder.

Traveling Chips by R. Paul Wilson & Steven Delaere – £32.99
A colourful “coins across” using poker chips. Chips vanish, reappear, and travel between hands. Comes with three quality clay chips and a gimmick. Multiple handlings are taught, including Craig Petty’s version with examinable chips and quick reset. Visual, practical, and easy even for beginners.

Liner by Stephanus Alexander – £21.50
A Sharpie line drawn on a card visually jumps and vanishes, only to reappear on the spectator’s selection. The gimmick is well-made but not flawless—slight discrepancies may show in harsh light. Very easy to learn, though some may prefer Julio Montoro’s “Slow Vanish” for a cleaner effect.

Key Cutter by Craig Petty & Mark Leverage – £22.50
Part of the Key Master range. Two keys, one cut, one blank are placed in a spectator’s hand. With a magical gesture, both keys are cut. Strong, commercial, and happens in the spectator’s hands. Precision gimmicks included, plus extra routines and combinations with other key effects. Simple, powerful, and a bargain for what you get.
