FAQ:
1) What makes DIMINISH different?
Easy to do. Nothing to rotate. No finger movement. The gimmick does all the work for you.
The vanish happens for a reason. The extra 'quarter deck' phase enables the flow of the gradual deck vanish to make perfect sense. Wrong colour disappears. Wrong suit disappears. Remaining cards disappear. Selection remains.
It looks the most real. The visuals look exactly as they should.
2) How long will DIMINISH last?
A long, long time!

The one thing that could conceivably wear out after a lot of use is discussed in the video and can be replaced in about 3 minutes.

3) Is there a red backed version?
You don't need one. DIMINISH will work with any deck.

I had heard good things about this book, so decided to pick it up. It's a great read full of great effects like colour changing knives, to sponge balls. But the best bits are the little details and the small changes you can make. Well worth picking up.
It's a clever little trick but I can only give it 4 stars because, the cards are not examinable plus unless you can be as slick and fast as how its shown in the video plus also get the timing right between what you say and do (at the same time - ie a distraction), the spectator will easily guess the trick.
I know the price is low but it reminds me of a Z-Fold wallet I had when I was a kid in a magic kit. It is poor quality for saying it’s come from Murphy’s Magic stable. I feel it’s only worth a fiver. If you put more than 3 items inside the magnets will not connect. It feels like thin plastic stuck on thick card. Sorry but I will not be using it as it looks cheap.
