Usually, this is where we would give you the rundown on the effect, but Lucid is so much more than a trick. It’s a utility device that hides in plain sight under the guise of an ordinary plastic zipper lock baggie. The same kind of bag you took snacks to school in as a kid is now the secret weapon you’ll use to perform unbelievable magic. Put a playing card inside the bag, only to have it visually switch places with another playing card in your spectator’s hand. Borrow a bill from your audience. Place it in the bag where it vanishes for the cleanest bill in lemon you’ll ever perform. Show an empty bag, and then, with a gentle shake, a playing card appears. There’s not a lot this devilish little device can’t do.
Lucid comes ready to go right out of the box. This is a great EDC , It takes up zero pocket space. You can slide it into your close-up case, card clip, or jacket pocket, and you won’t even feel it. It is the ultimate "always-ready" miracle for walk-around, bar magic, or street performances. I can highly recommend this product it has been really well thought out... Expensive for what it is
I don’t mind paying a price to receive the secret to tricks but the cost here seems slightly excessive. It’s a bag, and a couple of acrylic sheets. That’s not to say it isn’t good though the effect is startling to the audience. I do still have a few problems getting it to work. The drop is almost impossible to replicate as they show it as the magnets are so strong - I have ruined a few bags trying to get that. Now I just stick to the disappear rather than the appear. It is good, but in my case a little bit too much like hard work to fully exploit.

To master Lucid, time is needed i think
Yoda might put it that way because time really is needed to master this one. The video shows the lightest shake is required but the truth is that the magnets that hold the gimmick together seem way too strong and requires a hefty snap of the bag to drop. so much so that i have already runined 2 of the spare bags (which split at the bottom and sides) after just 2 solid days of trying using all sorts of techniques. The other issue seems to be that i have not found any reliable method and therefore am beginning to wonder whether it is at all possible to get it right. I have tried to use the spare custom gimmicks with various methods to try and lower the magnet strength but then you run into the issue that the rise/disappearance is then less reliable - so at the moment i just can't seem to get the balance right. it's a great effect if you can get it to work so i think i'll stick at it for now - but don't expect it to be like the video out of the box.

I'm a bit late to the party, but finally got this. Brilliant effect with loads of different options to perform. it is super easy to do and really visual. i Love it. As usual with the Amazon Prime of magic it arrived the next day!

Needs a bit of practice to get angles / timing down , but put that in and you’ve got a visual masterpiece in your hands . Instant reset , tutorial is fantastic 100% a worker
This effect is superb , props are excellently made and this is what a tutorial is meant to be like ! Very in depth , multiple angles , close up , parlour and stage options . 100% workable table hopping and walk around . The “jam” session with peter turner is excellent giving you a few additional effects which are really really good . Over all very pleased with the whole package .5 stars all day long !
I love this so much. It’s so simple but so unbelievable good. It stays on me all the time now and holds my coins ready for a trick at any time. Love it. Buy it, practice with it, create with it. Wonderful.
This is great fun. It’s well made and reasonably sturdy + should last for a while. The bank card fits well and is a realistic size. Check to see if a slightly thicker playing card (x5 cards thickness) will actually fit in your wallet/phone case though!
