Milo Box, created by Milo and produced by Bacon Magic, is a meticulously designed innovative prop for coin magic. Its inspiration comes from the classic Okito Box as well as ancient Chinese coins.

The Okito Box, renowned for its simple structure and diverse magic effects, serves as the basis for the Milo Box, which has been cleverly improved upon to introduce a range of unique coin magic routines.

Crafted from high-quality brass, the Milo Box boasts superior texture and durability. Its design combines the traditional Okito Box with ancient Chinese coins, featuring a perforated hole throughout.

With this pinhole, magicians can allow the audience to "hear" the presence of coins during the coin box routine but also visually "see" the coins inside the box through the pinhole. This not only enhances the visual impact of coin magic but also opens up more possibilities for the magic effects themselves.

Milo Box is highly practical and versatile, suitable for various coin magic performances. It can not only execute common Okito Box routines but also be combined with its unique construction to present the captivating Chinese Challenge routine.

Additionally, it can be used to perform various penetration effects, enhancing the fun of the routine and presenting more stunning and unforgettable effects to the audience. This design opens up new performance spaces for magicians.

Good box, but unexpected upside.

Before I say anything else I want to make it clear that I like this box a lot, and I will be using it often. The tutorial video is nicely done, and contains a couple of things I had not seen before which is nice.

The box itself is of fine quality. It has a nice weight, being not as heavy as a Kueppers coin box, but not as light and thin as some others in this price range. The Chinese coins that come with it are standard and the bag and ribbon are a nice addition.

Now for the unexpected bit. The box, or at least my one, is a bit big for half dollar size coins. While you expect to be able to rattle the coins in the box these slid about. Turns out that this half dollar size box is a perfect fit for my half crown coins.

A half crown size coin box! Have you any idea how long I have been hoping to find a half crown sized coin box!

Including a picture of half crowns in the box as proof.

In summary while this is not the best coin box on the market, it is nowhere near the worst, and it is the only one I have found that fits a half crown. I might buy a second as a backup.
