Make any named card rise on command. After being kept underground for decades, Angelo Carbone's revolutionary "Notion of Motion" is finally available!
The Rising Card has always been one of the most captivating concepts in all of magic. It's visual, powerful, and direct magic that breaks all language barriers. Which is also why so many magicians have been eager to put their own twist on the plot. Yet none have been as truly innovative as Angelo Carbone's "Notion of Motion".
This groundbreaking creation is not just another card trick; but rather a magical experience that serves as the perfect testament to Angelo's imaginative genius. It's one of those routines that you'll enjoy even more once you know the ingenious method.
They name any card they want. Truly ANY card. You then make that card rise on your command.
No forces
No equivoque
No magnets
No threads
No electronics
You can even show the cards on both sides, and the inside of the box, before and after the trick is over.
"Notion of Motion" truly feels impossible and completely fools both lay people and seasoned magicians alike. A select group of the world's best performers like Joshua Jay have been using it for years, and now you can too!
The biggest reason this gem has been kept largely secret is the fact that each one used to be tremendously time-consuming to construct. As such, they were only available in extremely small quantities and were prohibitively expensive, selling for $100s at a time.
But, after working directly with Angelo, Vanishing Inc. uncovered a way to produce them at a larger scale without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Now, you can get the same exceptional "Notion of Motion", handcrafted to perfection using Angelo's precise specifications; but at a price that is more affordable than ever!
You'll receive the professional quality gimmicked deck constructed from premium red Bicycle Mandolin Cards and a comprehensive tutorial teaching you both the original handling and Joshua Jay's modified easier handling that he developed over 100s of performances.

There are many ‘Rising Card’ tricks on the market but this one has to be the best. Yes it isn’t cheap but when you see what you get and how ingenious it is you will see why. Excellent trick and not too hard to master. You do need to practice -a lot, but DON’T be tempted to check it out before watching the tutorial. That is very important.
Great service as always from the wonderful Alex at Monster.

A thing of beauty!
I’d only heard about the original version of this. Under normal circumstances I would keep away from tricks that promise the moon. When Angelo creates he delivers. The effect is outstanding and well worth the practice before performance.

Needs a bit of practice to get angles / timing down , but put that in and you’ve got a visual masterpiece in your hands . Instant reset , tutorial is fantastic 100% a worker
This effect is superb , props are excellently made and this is what a tutorial is meant to be like ! Very in depth , multiple angles , close up , parlour and stage options . 100% workable table hopping and walk around . The “jam” session with peter turner is excellent giving you a few additional effects which are really really good . Over all very pleased with the whole package .5 stars all day long !
I love this so much. It’s so simple but so unbelievable good. It stays on me all the time now and holds my coins ready for a trick at any time. Love it. Buy it, practice with it, create with it. Wonderful.
This is great fun. It’s well made and reasonably sturdy + should last for a while. The bank card fits well and is a realistic size. Check to see if a slightly thicker playing card (x5 cards thickness) will actually fit in your wallet/phone case though!
