I don't think I can add anything that hasn't already been said about this superb product.
Personally, I'm not as keen on a couple of the "inspirational" effects since they don't massively suit my style (perhaps more for an American audience?), but that is just me.
What really shocked me was I ordered this about 11pm on Good Friday and it was delivered to me about 10am EASTER SUNDAY!! That is above and beyond. Even Amazon Prime could learn a thing or two from MM.

I’ve been performing mentalism for years, and Odyssey 2.0 is hands-down one of the smartest, most practical releases I’ve ever added to my working repertoire. Chris Philpott took everything that made the original Odyssey brilliant and elevated it even further—refined handling, new killer ideas from legends like Steve Valentine and Shawn Farquhar, and a genuinely beautiful luxury travel magazine design that looks 100% legitimate in any setting.
Right out of the gate, the production quality blew me away. It’s a high-gloss, professionally designed magazine (shoutout to Jules Philpott for the stunning layout) that feels and looks exactly like something you’d pick up in a first-class lounge or upscale hotel. No one suspects a thing. Yet inside are ten devastating mentalism effects that can easily fill a full 20-minute professional act—book tests, mind reading, the upgraded “Drunk Monkey” (which now has that incredible coffee sobering moment—pure gold), and so much more.
What I love most is how versatile and performer-friendly it is. It packs completely flat (perfect for travel or walk-around gigs), resets quickly, and the methods are clever, reliable, and angle-proof for close-up or stage. Every effect lands strong—spectators are stunned, laughing, and completely engaged. The Swiss Army Knife of Mentalism
This is a beautiful magazine , the production values are superb. Chris has taken a few of his great effects and stuffed them into one magazine alongside a book test and a Pegasus page and bits of other effects. The 100th Monkey premise really punches through and all is very well explained in the 2 hour tutorial. Great value!
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
Needs a bit of practice to get angles / timing down , but put that in and you’ve got a visual masterpiece in your hands . Instant reset , tutorial is fantastic 100% a worker
This effect is superb , props are excellently made and this is what a tutorial is meant to be like ! Very in depth , multiple angles , close up , parlour and stage options . 100% workable table hopping and walk around . The “jam” session with peter turner is excellent giving you a few additional effects which are really really good . Over all very pleased with the whole package .5 stars all day long !
I love this so much. It’s so simple but so unbelievable good. It stays on me all the time now and holds my coins ready for a trick at any time. Love it. Buy it, practice with it, create with it. Wonderful.
This is great fun. It’s well made and reasonably sturdy + should last for a while. The bank card fits well and is a realistic size. Check to see if a slightly thicker playing card (x5 cards thickness) will actually fit in your wallet/phone case though!
