A WOOD BLOCK APPEARS INSIDE A MATCHBOX
From the mind of Hanson Chien. The highly anticipated sequel to the global bestseller Holy Wood is finally here. After five years, Hanson returns with the next evolution of a masterpiece that sold over 5,000 units and earned high praise from legends like Lu Chen and Shin Lim.
BASIC EFFECT Pocket Holy Wood features two impossible miracles: 1. A solid block of wood magically appears from a completely empty matchbox. 2. A mini deck inside a card box instantly transforms into a solid block of wood.
A WORD FROM HANSON CHIEN "I've held onto this idea for years, and in 2026, it finally found its perfect form. Pocket Holy Wood isn't just smaller—it completes the Holy Wood experience. Puzzle or story, it delivers one thing: THE IMPOSSIBLE."

My order was received quickly and the trick is excellent, easy to do but takes a little setback time for walk around

Holy Wood at it’s best
I have the original Holy Wood - the full size one and love it, but the smaller matchbox size is even better in my eyes. It’s easier to carry in a pocket and very much easier to ‘open & close’ if you follow me. (If you know, you know…..)
Again Alex meets the excellent service award for stunningly fast service. 10/10 on all counts.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
This is a very impressive visual trick, nicely made but, I strongly advise not buying it if you have fingers larger than the average teenager :-( There is no way I can do this with the large hands that I have.
Service from Alex is second to none as ever :-)
The OG perfect score was great and did its job for me for years , Perfect Score 2.0 outshines its original . Great tutorial going in depth on the mercury fold and even card splitting . 5 Stars !
The usual speedy delivery by Alex. Lovely props, and clever routine, although I haven’t used it in the trenches yet. Knocked one star off as the red poker chip had a minor chip (damage) in it. This is a product issue though and absolutely no reflection on Monster Magic.
