"Scaandal is Back" by Adrian Vega is back on the shelves, with a few tweaks.

Adrian first brought out Scaandal over ten years ago. It's his take on the Card at Any Number (CAAN) trick, and people liked it for being pretty straightforward, if a bit sneaky. The method was unique back then, and it still holds up.

Now it's had a bit of a refresh.

Scaandal is Back isn't about flashy moves. It's all about looking effortless and, frankly, a bit impossible, with the audience doing most of the heavy lifting. You just stand back and watch the surprise unfold.

Here's how it goes: You show off a card that doesn't match the others, shove it into the deck, and have a spectator pick a number between 1 and 52. They count through the cards, and, lo and behold, the odd one out is right where they said it would be. No weird finger flicks or dodgy hand-offs. Just some genuine head-scratching magic.

Even the veterans might end up scratching their heads over this one.

And if that's not enough, there's an Open Prediction routine that lets the spectator call the shots. It still ends up with the odd card at the right spot, because why not? Plus, there's an extra routine cribbed from one of Adrian's newer ideas.

Honestly, you're better off seeing it live. No fancy edits or camera tricks, just the trick, warts and all.
