This is a great bit of kit. So many things have been well thought through and the little extras are just wonderful. That said, there's some really unnecessary overselling going on and there's simply no need for it as the product is fine without them. For example, you can't really have the spectator assemble the bell, but then why would you want to? The positioning of the bar etc is quite finite and the bell won't work properly if not in its exact place, something you'd have to adjust if the spectator assembled. The other thing with this is the is a certain magnet purchasing that occurs that could be detected by a spectator if they were assembling. Thing is, it's so beautifully simple, you really don't need a spectator to assemble as it's overproving, a real running when not being chased. And as for the tutorial, I think it's fair to assume Javier is not familiar with thread work and has never watched a DVD on the subject. Trying to teach a thread routine with a black thread, against a black shirt on a black background was just hilarious. He constantly was telling us to just imagine as there was absolutely nothing to see. The simple use of a white thread so we can see what is actually going on would have solved this. One thing I would say is they tell you to make sure the bar is parallel with the side of the stand. I suspect this varies from kit to kit as mine actually needs to be quite a bit off centre and not parallel. So play around until you find your own sweet spot. It also claims to do 100s of performances on one charge. This is not the case. It may do 100s of rings on one charge, but that is very different to performances where the unit needs to be switched on and left on stage until it comes to the part of the performance as it cannot be discreetly switched on and off. Depending on when the bell is used during your performance, I'd say it might comfortably do a couple of performances on one charge. But any electrical or battery operated item should always be fully charged or fresh batteries in for each performance anyway, so I've not idea why they would make the 100's of performances claim. So all in all this is a simply brilliant bit of kit that makes a few unnecessary claims. One thing I'd add, however, is if you want to get the most from this as a spirit bell or seance setting, less is more. The more you make the bell ring the more it becomes an electrical puzzle. Try to use it oh so very sparingly for maximum impact. Each ring after its first weakens the impact.

Perfect for stage / parlour although certainly not meant as a carry around case. It is very light weight so not as sturdy as a proper flight case but this is meant to look good, hold props which you then bring out and use or place on top of case. For this then top marks.
