So, you've probably seen Cards Across: cards vanish from one packet, magically reappear in another. Card Across Plus does that trick, but then it cheekily throws in a twist that I didn't see coming. And I'm supposed to know these things.
The setup's simple: two spectators each get a pile of cards. You work your magic, and cards vanish from one pile and show up in the other. Standard fare, right? But just as everyone thinks you're done, the card faces disappear and reappear all together on one card. It's like the trick's got a secret encore you didn't know about.

You'll like this if you enjoy letting the spectators do the heavy lifting. Magic happens in their hands, so they're all in. It also ramps up nicely, just when they think it's over, you hit them with that last twist. Took me a couple of practice runs to get it down without looking like I'd dropped the cards by accident. Worth it for the look on their faces when you pull it off, though.
I have been playing around with this a bit and it works well. It does need a small amount of preparation depending on the effect you want to perform but this is very easy to do. The gimmicks are provided but you will need to provide a matching deck as that is not supplied.
