Coin Shot is Alex Lattore's take on the very commercial Coin in Bottle plot. It is a practical, visual take on one of magic's most iconic plots,.
The effect is simple but blows people away every single time.
A coin is held at the fingertips and tapped against an empty bottle. On the final tap, the coin visibly penetrates the bottle.
You unscrew the cap, tilt the bottle, and pour the coin straight into their hands.
This incredibly clever method lets you perform the cleanest coin-through-bottle we've ever seen, and it uses a real coin and a real bottle.
Alex has designed a brilliantly engineered gimmick that does most of the work for you, making this perfect for close-up, table hopping, and walk-around performances.
No switching the coin. No funny moves, and they can examine everything.
Easy to perform
No gimmicked coins
Use a real, examinable bottle
The coin really does end up inside the bottle
Your particpant can even pour the coin out of the bottle themselves
This takes one of magic's most iconic plots and gives it the clean, practical method it always deserved.
As a hobbyist I like to try different tricks and types of magic. This is easy to perform, but you need a bit of swagger to get away with the clean up, it's not difficult, just needs confidence. Lay people do not think like magicians, because I don't perform I regularly forget this until I get my family's reactions. Overall a good trick, worth the outlay

The OG perfect score was great and did its job for me for years , Perfect Score 2.0 outshines its original . Great tutorial going in depth on the mercury fold and even card splitting . 5 Stars !
The usual speedy delivery by Alex. Lovely props, and clever routine, although I haven’t used it in the trenches yet. Knocked one star off as the red poker chip had a minor chip (damage) in it. This is a product issue though and absolutely no reflection on Monster Magic.
Needs a bit of practice to get angles / timing down , but put that in and you’ve got a visual masterpiece in your hands . Instant reset , tutorial is fantastic 100% a worker
