You start by displaying a deck of cards where every single back design is completely unique, no two are alike!
You casually choose two cards for yourself, then hand the rest of the deck to a spectator.

The spectator is now in full control. They deal cards face down, stopping whenever they choose.
You slide your first card face up into the deck to mark the exact spot where they stopped.

They continue dealing, stopping once more wherever they wish.
You insert your second face-up card to mark that second freely chosen position.
Now comes the impossible moment:
When you spread the cards, the backs of your two chosen cards perfectly match the backs of the two cards the spectator stopped at — the only matching pairs in the entire deck!

Coincidence? Not a chance.

But there’s more, when you flip the cards over, the faces match perfectly too! How could that possibly happen?

And for the final kicker, you turn over the entire deck to reveal that every other card has a completely blank face!
