There's something oddly satisfying about cutting a rope and then seeing it magically fix itself. It's like when you're on hold with customer service, and suddenly they pick up, unexpected and strangely delightful.
With Impossible Cut, you let the audience do the dirty work. They get to snip the rope themselves, so they can't blame you for any trickery. They cut it, and then it's back to one piece. Honestly, sometimes I don't know why this still surprises folks, but it does.
It's simple enough for anyone to get the hang of, whether you're performing for a crowd or just trying to impress your dog. No need for fancy finger flicks, just a neat setup that lets you focus on the fun part, chatting with your audience.
The set comes with everything you need: rope, scissors, and the bits to make the gimmick, all in a wooden box that's nicer than most of the furniture in my flat. It keeps everything tidy, if nothing else.
And it's easy to lug around, so you can perform wherever you like, even if it's just in the kitchen while waiting for the kettle to boil.
Includes:
Wooden box
Red rope, 1.8 mm thick and about 15 meters long, enough for 30-50 performances
First off it's from TCC, don't you just love when a TCC trick comes your way. That black box with gold text etc, you just know there's something special inside. Well this box was no exception. Nestled inside the black box was foam protected goodies is everything you need to pull off this modern day miracle. There is an extremely nice wooden frame and a large reel of red string/rope, probably the nicest folding pair of scissors I have ever seen and other bits an bobs that help you.
The set up for this trick is not difficult (item included) but is a bit finicky. The tutorial explains how to make this procedure easier and I guess it does but it's still a tad finicky. But and it's a big but, once this "set up" has been made/done, you have a certain item that will help with every future performance and you are supplied with a generous amount to make lots more should you need to.
The tutorial is very well explained and shows every step of the set up, several times in facts, and several different ways to perform. It is very easy to perform and I like the way that once the string has been cut and you start pulling the string out the frame, you can half way through pulling, turn the frame around so the spectators see the large open part of the frame and they can carry on removing the string themselves and see it through the large opening exiting the frame. This looks phenomenal, trust me, and the people I have shown this to have been blown away. Don't dismiss this as a "oh it's a cut and restored string, big deal" This is a really nice quality effect with quality props which involve spectators and is a joy to perform and a joy for spectators as well. Yes it maybe a short effect but for me it's an item I shall place on a shelve in my living room and when anyone asks "What's that" cue a miracle in the making. I love TCC products and I love this. Highly recommended

Love this
There's a short set up involved, but the effect is amazing. It's well made and easy to do, visually brilliant and as always Alex at Monster Magic's service was ultra fast, by far the best magic retailer, thanks Alex :-)

30 minute set up and your ready to perform. Very easy to do. I love the fact its not an app. Packs small packs big in someone else's pocket. Excellent. Delivered inside two hours of ordering, thanks Monster Magic.
I was using an alternative brand repositionable glue for the flaps on my himber envelopes but it wasn't very good at all. I could never rely on it to hold the flap closed on the underside of the envelope. This glue is awesome. So far I have not had any issue and the flaps have been held in place until I open them
