Oil & Water 2.0 - Four Impossible Revelations with a Borrowed Deck
Oil & Water 2.0 reimagines the classic plot through four consecutive impossibilities, all performed with a completely normal deck - potentially borrowed, unprepared, and with no gimmicks or secret materials.
The spectator shuffles, cuts, and handles the cards under the table, freely and out of the magician's sight. Despite these extreme conditions, the impossible unfolds:
The Four Revelations
Oil & Water
Red and black cards refuse to mix and naturally separate.
Orientation
The performer predicts in advance how many cards face up and face down.
Colours
The exact number of red and black cards is revealed.
Values
Finally, the total point value of the cards is announced - without ever seeing them.
Nothing Hidden. Everything Impossible
No gimmicks. No magnets. No markings. No special paper.
Just ordinary playing cards, handled entirely by the spectator.
Performed under full audience control, Oil & Water 2.0 builds to a finale that challenges both chance and logic.
30 minute set up and your ready to perform. Very easy to do. I love the fact its not an app. Packs small packs big in someone else's pocket. Excellent. Delivered inside two hours of ordering, thanks Monster Magic.
I was using an alternative brand repositionable glue for the flaps on my himber envelopes but it wasn't very good at all. I could never rely on it to hold the flap closed on the underside of the envelope. This glue is awesome. So far I have not had any issue and the flaps have been held in place until I open them
