Raymond Long's Go-To Prediction Effect, Daylight-Ready Reveals
So, Raymond Long and TCC Magic are at it again with their third release: Super Mark.
This is the prediction trick Raymond's been using forever. You can reveal something on your arm, palm, or if you're feeling cheeky, your forehead. Not sure why that last one works so well, but apparently, it does.
But you're not stuck with just your skin. Predictions can pop up on banknotes, books, table tops, and whatever else you fancy. Gives you a bit of freedom to mess about with it.
Raymond's got this bit where he switches a spectator's banknote and makes the message appear on what they think is theirs. You can reveal playing card indices, text, numbers, ESP symbols, or whatever little secret you want to share.
Now, about the UVA light it comes with, 365nm wavelength and a black mirror filter, if that means anything to you. Basically, it keeps things visible even in daylight. It's like magic, except it's just science.
You get a blue invisible ink pen, and if blue isn't your style, there's a red refill option. Because, you know, variety.
The tutorial covers a bunch of forcing techniques. Doesn't matter if you're just starting with card magic; it explains things without making you feel like you're cramming for an exam.
30 minute set up and your ready to perform. Very easy to do. I love the fact its not an app. Packs small packs big in someone else's pocket. Excellent. Delivered inside two hours of ordering, thanks Monster Magic.
I was using an alternative brand repositionable glue for the flaps on my himber envelopes but it wasn't very good at all. I could never rely on it to hold the flap closed on the underside of the envelope. This glue is awesome. So far I have not had any issue and the flaps have been held in place until I open them
