The Stone by AB & Doosung Hwang is an amazing magic trick in which the spectator freely chooses everything, but the choices are accurately predicted.
First, you give the spectator something and tell them to hold it tightly in their hand or put it in their pocket without looking at it. You then show them six beautiful stones and a pouch and ask them to check everything. Now you show four envelopes, take out the instructions written inside them, and read them together. The magician doesn't touch at all, and the audience does everything as written in the instructions. The spectator freely takes out three stones, chooses their favorite, and holds it tightly in their hand. Do you remember something you gave to the spectator at the beginning? Now take it out and check it, and the same stone has been predicted correctly!

I have been toying with a few new items in my routine and have been using Schrodingers Envelopes for a while. This is a nice one to switch in for some variety to the mentalism aspect. Easy to carry with very little to the methods but with a great outcome. Can be adapted and customised to use with coins, chips or even bullets. I have just made my own wooden set to go with Runic by Liam Montiers. They go well together

My recent purchase The Stone is a brilliant effect. I chose to buy this as I am a collector of crystals and this trick was right up my street, using 5 crystals/stones. Even though the tutorial was in Korean with English subtitles, I found it very easy to follow the explanation and it's a very clever effect. I have performed it several times now and both time, the spectator chose the "correct" stone and it makes for a really baffling effect. One spectator even changed there mind from another stone to the "correct" stone which they could not get their head around, they said "but I changed my mind, how?"
I highly recommend this effect. The props are great, it takes up no space in you pocket and gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

I'm a 85 O.A.P. & retired magician, performed my last stage show on my 84 birthday.
But I have to say I tried E.S. on myself just after opening & I was truly shocked.
Now I only perform for family & friends, I definitely will be using E.S. to shock others.
With E.S. I give the cards to be shuffled & then remove any card they wish & show others.
After they have given me the rest of cards, (I secretly add gimmick to bottom of deck)
Then spread & drop a few cards on table continue spreading & dropping until they say STOP.
They place their chosen card, I then place rest of cards on top. (gimmick on top of their card.
I square up & cut the cards. This places gimmick at bottom their selection on top.
With cards facing me I remove cards to test, finally remove gimmick. SHOCK!! switch with top.

An easy to do effect that might be OK in the correct situation. It is very procedural as to be expected & as with all tricks in this genre it has the best outcome with several not so good. Excellent service from Alex as usual.
