JS MAGIC and Alex Latorre have given it a nod as well, appreciating its no-nonsense cleverness.

Here's the setup: it's a fresh spin on the old turn over plot, but with a twist, your audience ends up doing the heavy lifting, thanks to a sneaky gimmick that's quietly sitting in your tuck case, minding its own business.

This is how it goes down:

• The spectators pick any number of cards they fancy, then stash them back in the deck they're holding.
• With a snap of your fingers, their cards are suddenly face up. They spread the deck and, surprise surprise, there are their cards, having done a little flip of their own.

Now, compared to the trusty Invisible Deck, this one's got a few tricks up its sleeve. Your audience does most of it, so it feels all above board. They can go ahead and examine the cards, nothing to find. Plus, they get to pick more than one card, which definitely opens up some fun possibilities. Just slip this little number into your regular deck, and you're all set without needing to lug around extra stuff.

It comes with 15 gimmicks, so you can match them with red, blue, or your favourite designer decks. I'm not entirely sure how it fools people as well as it does, but it does, and that's the fun of it.
